Totara Gardens Retirement Village

Bupa Care Services NZ Limited is a large provider of aged care services.  On behalf of Bupa Care Services LM Consulting is project managing the construction of the Totara Gardens Development in Whangarei. It is a 56-hectare development comprising 80 villas, 14 serviced apartments, a village community centre and a 56-bed care home including a 20-bed dementia wing.
